Rollout

Rollout for an IoT includes installation, cabling, setup, confirming operation, firmware install or upgrade, calibration and testing upload/download. 

Cypernex will subcontract installers or provide instructions to your preferred installers to get things running quickly.

Next step is setup of dashboards, applications, databases and pipelines. Cypernex SaaS platform provides the starting templates all ready to accept incoming data and for you to customize where needed.

Monitoring

Many IoT devices once configured are set and forget, but will still require periodic monitoring to identify drift or external factors that warrant recalibration. Cypernex supports smart-calibration devices that can be adjusted remotely and/or issues support tickets for manualy calibration at next schedule maintenance.

Monitoring and management services then offer device operation, uptime management, fault triage and fault severity and escalation policy execution, including logging, alerts, automated rerouting of production tasks, field service tickets and severity level escalation.

Security monitoring

Each fleet contains devices that exhibit differing risks factors for the ecosystem. Cypernet prepares and updates risk registers before and during implementation and configuration of your fleets. Security monitoring services appropriate for the project can then be implemented by your IT services provider or by Cypernex as a service.

Risk for IoT ecosystems comes in many forms and is not only from the perspectve of infiltration. DOS, Man-in-the-middle are externally influenced, device conflict or configuration can inadvertantly expose ecosystem to tampering or failure.
